Meet Josephine
 

Hi, I’m Josie, and I’m here to provide holistic, trauma-informed support to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. Using a blend of traditional and non-traditional methods—such as art, exercise, meditation, and Cereset—I’ll walk alongside you as you discover new strengths and embrace self-empowerment. I incorporate somatic awareness exercises to help explore how thoughts and emotions influence physical well-being, creating a deeper mind-body connection. I am here to hold space for you with compassion and patience, offering a supportive environment where healing and growth can unfold.

I understand that seeking help is often both difficult and expensive. I, too, have navigated anxiety, depression, and postpartum depression, all while attending graduate school and managing a tight budget that didn’t always allow for counseling. I’ve also experienced the challenges of difficult relationships, heartbreak, and codependency, as well as the journey of confronting and understanding my own difficult traits. Learning new ways to communicate and practicing compassion—both for myself and others.
